Our Approach
We see our office and lab as a tool to enhance collaboration, innovation, and creativity, not just a destination. Team members work at least 3 days in the office, two of which are anchor days where we are all together and host many of our company and team meetings.
While helping others, we recognize the importance of prioritizing the mental and physical health of our own employees and their families. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes our team’s well-being and includes access to a top-tier medical plan where we cover 90% of the premium and fully funded deductible for HSA.
