Tricia McCall

As Chief People Officer, Tricia McCall brings a wealth of diverse HR Leadership experience to Delix. Tricia spent 20 years as part of Hewlett-Packard’s Medical Products Group where she acquired a strong foundation in both Human Resources and Leadership. 

Having served as the top HR Executive for several organizations including ACMI, Health Dialog, and Lake Region Medical, Tricia is known for her ability to think strategically, act pragmatically, and obtain outstanding results. 

Prior to joining Delix, Tricia was Principal/Owner of Mooring Stone Consulting working with a wide range of organizations in the biotech, medical device, security, and non-profit industries providing services as Interim CHRO, Executive and Team Coaching, and Organizational Design.
